Local king prawns marinated in coconut and wrapped in katafi pastry, mango macadamia & coconut aioli. These guys have been one of our star canapés for as long as we been serving food to our guests. We change some small things like, what we put into the coconut cream to marinate them, or what we garnish them with, in this picture it’s shredded betel leaf.
