MENUS

Seasonal produce dictates menu direction. 

AUTUMN

Autum brings perfect Plump Figs, Truffles, Porcini and Pine Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Pippis, Persimmon and Bush Tomato.

SPRING

In spring we think of Fresh Spanner Crab, Finger Limes, Green Almonds, Asparagus, Zucchini Flowers, Sugar Snap Peas and Young Tangy Goats Cheese

SUMMER

When summer rolls round we get excited for Davidsons Plums, Wild Caught Prawns, Coral Trout, Mud Crab, Mangos, Macadamia and Green Papaya.

WINTER

In winter we nuzzle up as the Black Angus Beef, Jerusalem Artichokes, Beetroot, Sweet Leeks, Venison, Chestnuts, Wattleseed and Blood oranges come into play.
